The recent clinical system merge moved all the Bradley Stoke Surgery patients onto the Stoke Gifford platform and temporarily affected Bradley Stoke NHS App users.
We would like you to continue using the NHS App to order repeat medications and view your health information and are aware that some patients experienced issues logging into the NHS App following the merge. We have talked to the NHS App team who have confirmed that you should not need to make any changes and that your app will automatically update. Stoke Gifford patients should be unaffected.
We are advised that the app’s security runs identity checks every 6 – 12 hours and this can cause delays in logging on for the first time after the clinical system merge. If you are unable to log in, please wait 12 hours and try again. If still not working after 24 hours, please contact us via Anima and request that we check that your ‘PDS record is synchronised.’
