Four Towns and Vale Link Community Transport
Four Towns and Vale Link Community Transport can help you get to and from your GP/Hospital appointments. They offer a ring-and-ride, door-to-door service. They also take people on regular shopping trips and community trips out to places such as pub lunches and garden centres. They have a range of vehicles ranging from volunteer drivers, right through to people carriers, to larger wheelchair accessible vehicles. To become a member, all you need to do is fill out a registration form, which you can pick up at your GP reception and pay a small registration fee.
