Patient Co-ordinators

Patient Co-ordinators provide an important link for patients with the practice and are your initial contact point for general enquiries. They deal with your enquiries and requests as efficiently as possible whilst respecting your confidentiality. They can provide basic information on services and results and direct you to the right person depending on your health issue or query. Patient co-ordinators make most of the patient appointments with the GPs and nurses. Please respect the privacy of other patients by standing well back from the reception desk until your turn. The patient co-ordinators also perform other important tasks such as issuing repeat prescriptions and dealing with prescription enquiries.
