Adult ADHD and Autism right to choose

There are currently very long waits for both the local ADHD and Autism Services. However, there are NHS Right to Choose options available for both services. For a Right to Choose referral please:

1. You can see the full list of Right to Choose providers by opening the attached spreadsheet mentioned on this web link (under section RTC – current services offered, including referral information and exclusions) Right to choose. This excel spreadsheet shows all providers for Adult / children ADHD & Autism and contains the links/Instructions to the documents needed for each provider. Ensure you check the providers website for waiting list information, as this will vary according to demand/funding. (Please note that a referral must be sent from a GP and services are not self referral)
2. Complete the required documents from your chosen provider and the attached form here Patient-to-complete-ADHD-ASD
3. Email all these completed documents to: bnssg.SMG-Admin@nhs.net
4. Once we have the completed documents, we will message you once they have been reviewed by our team.

Please Note:

If choosing ADHD 360 you must contact them directly first to obtain your documents and a unique reference number. This is detailed on the Excel spreadsheet.

We are not contractually obliged to refer patients via a providers online portal, we will only refer using our GP standard referral form via a secure email.
