Rav is our Practice Pharmacist; he qualified from The University of Portsmouth in 2007 and obtained the Independent Prescribing qualification from Bath University in 2012. Rav has an extensive backgroundRav Singh[continue]

Tania is our PCN Pharmacist.  She qualified from the University of Lisbon in 2004 and has worked in the UK since 2006, mainly in Community Pharmacy.  She joined the Pharmacy Team inTania Rosas[continue]

Along with the Operational Manager ensures the smooth running of the practice. The team is happy to assist you with any questions relating to your dealings with the practice.

Debbie works directly for Gavin Richards and supports the daily management of the practice ensuring that the Practice clinicians, managers and administrators have the systems and resource support they require.

Patient Co-ordinators provide an important link for patients with the practice and are your initial contact point for general enquiries. They deal with your enquiries and requests as efficiently asPatient Co-ordinators[continue]

The team provides administrative support for the practice including insurance/medical reports; various patient record management, scanning and read-coding of clinical letters, admission avoidance admin etc.

The prescribing team are responsible for processing all prescription requests from patients, secondary care, pharmacists etc. The team are supported by our pharmacists and pharmacist technicians.

The Reception Team are your first point of contact with the practice. and make most of the patient appointments with the doctor or nurse; home visits if necessary and prescriptionReception team[continue]

Our Secretarial Department are responsible for the day to day running of all referrals generated by our GP’s. Any E-referral (choose and book) queries or referral queries should be directed toSecretaries[continue]

Offer advice and support for families with young children and are involved in the development assessment of children. They also offer support for the elderly.
